Jeff's background spans over 25 years of financial-sector technology, trading and systematic strategy development. He began working for Deloitte Consulting, UBS and Barclays Capital before focusing full time on trading, system development and market research.
He sits on the board of the STA where he is also Chairman of the Investment Committee and hosts the Tools of the Trade podcast, where he has interviewed some of the most respected names in trading and system development.
Sonal works with traders and fund managers on the part of trading that most education ignores: the mental and emotional side of execution.
She is a performance consultant who has worked with serious traders for years, helping them close the gap between what they know and what they actually do under pressure. She is an active trader herself, which means she understands the specific challenges from the inside.
